ZM55SF – Solid fuel heater with provides 55 kW (188,000 BTU/Hr) of heating power, the advantage of this heater is its versatility – the ZM55SF heater can be used both as a stationary or mobile heater. This makes it very suitable for those small and large facilities requiring temporary heating solution and provides the user the ability to burn many solid fuels , such as Wood, Waste Wood (highly recommended), Chipboard, OSB boards, Coal, Coal Briquettes, Straw Briquettes, Cardboard or Dry Wood.
The heater is perfect for: Industry (carpentry shops, production halls, warehouses, large spaces), Agriculture (agricultural and farm buildings, greenhouses, storage rooms), Construction (communal areas or as temporary heating system for new facilities).
Exhaust gases that are emitted during combustion are discharged through the chimney/flue. The static pressure generated by the fan ensures that the heat is distributed quickly and evenly in the area being heated. The undoubtable advantage of this Solid Fuel Air Heater is the ease of use, emptying the ashtray is simple, conveniently located directly under the combustion chamber.

ZM55SF – Solid fuel heater with provides 55 kW (188,000 BTU/Hr) of heating power, the advantage of this heater is its versatility – the ZM55SF heater can be used both as a stationary or mobile heater. This makes it very suitable for those small and large facilities requiring temporary heating solution and provides the user the ability to burn many solid fuels , such as Wood, Waste Wood (highly recommended), Chipboard, OSB boards, Coal, Coal Briquettes, Straw Briquettes, Cardboard or Dry Wood.
The heater is perfect for: Industry (carpentry shops, production halls, warehouses, large spaces), Agriculture (agricultural and farm buildings, greenhouses, storage rooms), Construction (communal areas or as temporary heating system for new facilities).
The heat needed to heat the object is obtained thanks to thermal exchange between exhaust gas and clean air, via the highly efficient heat exchanger, the hot air is distributed by the axial fan and generates heat directly into the area required. A flexible blower sleeve can also be connected to the unit as an option,which can then supply heat to areas/buildings through windows or other openings and passages.
Thanks to the use of a fan the heat is distributed quickly and evenly in the room, it does not stay in the upper part of the room. The exhaust fumes are discharged through the chimney, which should be connected to the heater for correct operation and safety of use and is controlled by a thermostat. When the fuel in the combustion chamber ignites sufficiently and reaches the right operational temperature, the thermostat automatically turns on the axial fan and oxygen it is supplied under vacuum to the combustion chamber through specially adapted internal aeration channels.
The undoubted advantage of the device is the ease of use, emptying the ash pan is simple and located directly under the combustion chamber, once reaching operating temperature and the fan switching on, it is necessary to close the ash pan drawer. In the event of power failure or unable to connect to a power source, the heater can be used as a radiant heater. (when used as a radiant heater, the fan mounted on the hinges must be moved aside and is additionally protected with a microswitch against operation when it is opened.
