ZM150VB – Multi Fuel ‘Waste Oil’ Warm Air Heater Adjustable Airflow 3,000 m³/h to 5,400 m³/h (30-52Kw) 102,360 to 177,000 BTU
ZM150VB – Multi-Fuel Warm Air Heater (30–52 kW) is a high-efficiency multi-fuel warm air heater designed to deliver powerful, cost-effective space heating for small to medium industrial, commercial, and workshop environments. Offering a variable heat output from 30 kW to 52 kW, this heater provides rapid warm-up times and excellent airflow performance.
Featuring a large surface heat exchanger and an enclosed flame combustion chamber, the ZM150VB uses fan-assisted combustion combined with a THERMO variable-speed air blower to maximise heat transfer and distribute warm air efficiently throughout the space. The unit delivers adjustable airflow volumes from 3,000 m³/h to 5,400 m³/h, allowing precise control of heat distribution.
Fuel flexibility is a key advantage of the ZM150VB. The heater is capable of burning a wide range of oil-based fuels, including used engine oil, gear oil, hydraulic oil, diesel, red diesel, and 35-second heating oil. Heat output is regulated by smoothly increasing or decreasing the revolutions of the high-precision, low-speed gear fuel pump, ensuring stable and even combustion.
The heater operates as a vaporising system, with drip-fed fuel delivery that does not require compressed air. Manual ignition and semi-automatic operation make the unit simple to use, economical to run, and easy to maintain.
The ZM150VB is supplied complete with an integral 90-litre fuel tank allows extended run times, while the five-LED control panel provides clear visual indication of operating status.
Manufactured in the EU and fully CE approved, the ZM150VB-KIT incorporates comprehensive safety features including overheat protection, overflow protection, and burner tray spill protection, delivering reliable and safe heating performance.
